Initiate Return
Contact our technical support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and include all sensors, mounting hardware, and manuals.
Shipping
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for calibration integrity and process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
